On Thursday, June 22, Divier Silva pleaded guilty to one count of second-degree unlawful possession of a handgun and one count of third-degree possession with the intent to distribute marijuana, according to the Atlantic County Prosecutor's Office.
The plea agreement calls for a sentence of five years in New Jersey State Prison, with one year of parole ineligibility.
Silva is scheduled to be sentenced on Aug. 3.
